General things to note: I’m just one person, running this shop by myself. I always strive to provide professional service, so I will try to get your order out in a timely fashion.
Q: Is there any way to reduce the cost of shipping?
A: As of this moment, unfortunately no 🙁 I feel more comfortable sending out orders with tracking, so that way both you and I know exactly where your package is. I’m taking efforts to reduce costs, but the current shipping rate covers the cost of the shipping itself, as well as the packaging used to mail it.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Generally speaking, yes! The only thing to note is that the cost of shipping does not include VAT/other import taxes, so please keep that in mind. If you’d like to get something digital instead to reduce the cost, feel free to check out my itch.io
Q: Who do you ship with?
A: For domestic orders, I use USPS (estimated arrival time: 1 week or less). For International orders, I use PirateShip (estimated arrival time: 1-4 weeks. PirateShip sorts orders domestically, and then delivers via a local carrier, i.e. Royal Mail in England or Canada Post in Canada). If you would like to use a different carrier, please feel free to email me at contact.crvptozoology@gmail.com and we can discuss options.
Q: What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
A: Email me! (contact.crvptozoology@gmail.com) I’m happy to make things right, either through sending product again or via a refund.
Q: Who are your manufacturers?
A: For comics/zines: I either print them myself, or use Mixam. For stickers: I’m currently phasing out of some stickers and keychains that were printed with other services (StickerApp and Vograce), but for new/restocked stickers, I use Sticker Orchard or Sticker Ninja. For postcards: my current stock is printed via Vistaprint, but for any future designs I’m planning on printing them myself to reduce waste. (And for any risographed things, I printed them myself!). For any future products, I’m prioritizing smaller batches made domestically/in facilities that treat their employees fairly. I’m also making efforts to continue to reduce waste, and try to run my shop as eco-friendly and sustainably as possible.
